What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We are recommending that folks arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of the ceremony to allow for time to get from the parking area to seating.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are hoping for some beautiful June weather and expect to be outside for the ceremony and reception. Dinner and dancing will be inside the barn! If it rains, we will likely shift the ceremony and reception to be inside the barn as well.

What type of surfaces will I be walking on?

Answer

Grass for the ceremony, gravel for the cocktail hour and wood barn floor for dinner and dancing!

What if I want to bring a change of clothes for the after party?

Answer

Please feel free to bring a bag for the after party (different shoes, comfy pants, etc) we have room in the house to store these items until after the event!

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes there is parking on-site for about 80 cars. The parking can be found in front of the venue in a lot to the right when you face the house.

Are children welcome to join the wedding event?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, please note that our wedding ceremony and reception will be adults only.

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate those listed on the invitation due to limited space.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please note this in the RSVP of the wedding invite so that we are aware of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

What should I wear?

Answer

We are going for a dressy casual look where full formal wear isn’t needed, but a polished look (shirt + tie + nice trousers or a sun dress) would be the desired look.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Uber is available to order from the hotel or driving is welcome as there is plenty of parking.
