Welcome Party

5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Please join us to start the weekend celebrations for a welcome event located on the Cape Fear River. The event is outdoors on the Riverfront Terrace which is part of the Hotel Ballast. There will be light bites in addition to cocktails. Feel free to drop by anytime. We can't wait to see you! Please RSVP by August 29, 2025.

Ceremony and Reception

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-Formal

Ceremony will be from 5:00-5:30PM. Cocktail hour will begin promptly after the ceremony ends. We will have passed appetizers served during cocktail hour. For the reception, we are doing a buffet with beef and chicken. If you have a vegetarian preference, or other dietary needs, please reach out to Jason or Kim. Thank you! Kindly note, due to capacity limitations at the venue, we are unable to accomodate children for both the ceremony and reception. Please RSVP by August 29, 2025.
