When and where is the wedding?

Date: Friday, March 27, 2026 Venue: Porta, Asbury Park, NJ Address: 911 Kingsley St, Asbury Park, NJ 07712 Our ceremony and reception will both take place at Porta Asbury Park, a restaurant with a private event space attached. Please note, the entrance for the event space is on the side of the building, not the main restaurant entrance. Look out for signage or staff to help guide you when you arrive. Both the ceremony and the reception will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Doors to the venue open at 3:30 PM, with the ceremony starting promptly at 3:45 PM. Please arrive on time to ensure you’re part of the main event!

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire: Think suits or dress shirts with ties, midi- or knee-length dresses, or dressy separates. Most importantly, wear something you’ll feel comfortable and confident in (and don’t forget your dancing shoes!).

What kind of food and drinks will be served?

Answer

Come hungry — there will be a lot of food! Dinner will be served family style and will include multiple courses. Small bites, salad, pizza, and pasta courses, followed by a sweet finish with Nutella pies and cannoli. There will be a full open bar with wine, beer, cocktails, non-alcoholic options, coffee, and tea. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is no parking available at the venue, but Porta is located in a walkable area with metered street parking and several nearby public lots.

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are plenty of great hotels near Porta in Asbury Park. Some popular options in the area include The Asbury Hotel, Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel, and Empress Hotel. There are also many Airbnb and vacation rental options nearby if you prefer a more private or homey stay. Many lodging choices are within walking distance of the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Plus-ones are only included if specifically stated on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, please RSVP with your guest’s name. If you have any questions about your invitation, feel free to reach out to us directly.

We love your little ones, but our celebration will be adults-only to allow everyone to fully unwind and celebrate.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’d love for everyone to be fully present during the ceremony and key moments, so we kindly ask you to limit taking photos at those times. Don’t worry, we have an incredible photographer and videographer capturing all the important memories for you!
