When / Where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on Wednesday, 19 August 2026. The wedding will be held at Boğaztepe Tarabya Terrace in Tarabya, Sarıyer, Istanbul. The venue is on the European side of Istanbul, along the Bosphorus.

The celebration is scheduled from 19:00 to 24:00.

What should I wear?

Answer

We’d suggest black tie wedding attire. August in Istanbul is usually warm, so lighter fabrics may be more comfortable.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you can, as this will help us finalise arrangements and share event details.

When should I arrive in Istanbul?

Answer

We recommend arriving on Monday, 17 August if possible, so you have time to settle in, enjoy the city, and join the pre-wedding plans.

Are there any other events during the wedding week?

Answer

Yes. We are planning a Bosphorus cruise on Tuesday, 18 August, followed by dinner in the evening. Exact timing and meeting details will be shared once you RSVP.

Do I need to attend all events?

Answer

Not at all — we’d love to celebrate with you in whatever way works best for you. You are welcome to join as much or as little as you like.

Will I need to pay for the Bosphorus cruise / pre-Wedding Dinner?

Answer

Yes — guests will be asked to cover the cost of the Bosphorus cruise and dinner afterwards individually. The expected cost will be confirmed and further details will be shared after RSVP.

Will food and drinks be served at the wedding?

Answer

Yes — food and drinks are included as part of the wedding celebration.

Yes — the venue has an indoor backup space.
