Homecoming Tailgate

6:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Come say hello the night before the wedding at Shaw's Tavern in our old neighborhood. We will have the upstairs room for the night with backyard cookout style food and an open bar from 6pm-8pm. Stay for as long or short as you like, and we expect to be there much past 8pm so if you get in later or have your own dinner plans feel free to still drop by and kick off the weekend with us!

Ceremony

5:00 pm - 5:45 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

There will be one 40-person shuttle bus leaving Hotel Washington at 4pm to bring guests to the ceremony on a first-come, first-served basis. Please give priority to older family members. Dahlgren Chapel is located on Georgetown University's main campus. It is approximately a 5 minute walk from the front gates of the university at 37 and O St NW. To get to the chapel from the front gates, walk straight into Healy Hall (Georgetown's iconic building with the clocktower) and out the back into the courtyard containing the chapel. Shuttle bus transportation will be available for 70 guests after the ceremony to the reception venue. Use this map as a guide. Coffee & Goodbye
