How can we stay safe from Covid-19?

Answer

Please get tested the day of the wedding, prior to attending! If you are feeling ill and/or recently test positive, please attend virtually instead: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uvl-j9ltSSA Weather permitting, the event will take place outdoors. There will be seating indoors and outdoors and a buffet in a ventilated indoor space with AC. If rain is in the forecast, we will have an additional tent set-up to help guests spread out.

Approximately 140 guests, including vendors.

Where can we park?

Answer

When you enter 2 Governor Notte Parkway, North Providence, the first parking lot is the largest, and is a 5 minute walk up the road to the venue. For closer parking, continue driving up the road and park in the back lot behind the venue. This lot has 30 spaces, and will be first come first serve, priority given to older guests. Additional parking is located on either side of the road leading up to the venue.

What should I wear?

Answer

We encourage you to be festive and comfortable! Please wear shoes you can dance in and wear on the grass, pavement, wood deck, and hardwood floors. Feel free to put your toes in the sand on the private beach! Fun hats are encouraged such as derbies, bowlers, fedoras, top hats, floppy beach hats, church hats, fascinators, feathers, tiny hats, hair pieces, etc! This is a circus wedding so feel free to get creative and colorful as you wish!

What is the event Itinerary?

5:00 Cocktail Hour (drinks and appetizers) 6:00 Ceremony 6:30-8:30 Food Truck and Indoor Buffet 8-10 Live music and dancing!

What is for dinner?

Answer

Farm to Sandwich food truck offers burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, vegetarian citrus wraps, and ribbon fries. There will be an additional buffet inside with brick-oven pizza, teryaki chicken, fruit, salad, and an assortment of side dishes.

What can I expect at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held on a grassy field in front of an amphitheatre (weather permitting). There will be additional lawn games and entertainment on a back field. The indoor space has a hardwood floor and a wraparound porch that leads to a beautiful private sandy beach overlooking the reservoir. There are additional hiking trails, a bigger beach for swimming, a playground, and a bridge with a waterfall if you feel like exploring! Everything is relatively close by. There may also be some surprise performances throughout the evening! :)
