Lauren and Matt met as most people do nowadays...through a dating app! Their first date was at an arcade bar over a very competitive game of Ms Pac-Man. Matt kept Lauren out way past her bedtime chatting it up, which if you know Matt, means he must have really liked her. They were only dating for two months before Covid arrived and at that point they decided to spend quality quarantine time together, going for long walks in the nature preserve around Matt's area, cooking good food, and Lauren started introducing Matt to some good movies...and her love for Hockey. Covid definitely pushed the relationship faster than their own planned out timeline, so they decided to go all in and move in with each other. Now 3 years later, 2 apartments, and 1 new shelter dog named Annie, Lauren and Matt are ready for the next step of what has been an amazing relationship thus far. Cheers to forever!
