Rachel and the Bride met in the Summer of 2015; soon to be college freshman searching for a roommate, never knowing it would be each other. Rachel and Gabie met at a local coffee shop in Newberry, South Carolina and talked for what seemed like hours about anything and everything. After spending the first week in the dorm with Rachel, Gabie knew that she was going to become her best friend. Gabie and Rachel came in as freshman together, and left as seniors together; even more special though, Rachel will be standing by the Bride on the big day!
Sage Cornatzer

Brandon and Sage became best friends at Lander University where they played baseball together. The two share a great love and obsession for the Carolina Panthers; so much so that they hung Panther flags around their house, saved old & used Papa John's special edition Panthers pizza boxes as souvenirs, and of course, were always working up their Fantasy Football Leagues.
Breanna Cole

Breanna and the Bride met way back when in elementary school, around fourth grade. After that, they didn’t see much of each other at school and our friend groups changed. BUT, once Breanna became a CVC (Chapin Varsity Cheerleader) their moms decided to make them car-pool buddies for practices. All those silent & awkward car rides together made them the best of friends and they’ve been just as close ever since!
Harper Grier

Brandon and Harper's friendship started in the spring semester of 2017. Harper had just transfered from USC Sumter to play baseball for Lander University. They both had mutual friends from USC Sumter (Brett Auckland) and already knew of eachother. Brandon knew as soon as Harper stepped foot on campus, that he was going to be THE guy you wanted to stick with. This began a long-lasting friendship between the two... P.S.. Harper also tries to beat Brandon in fantasy football every year and FAILS EVERY TIME.
Haven Grier

Haven and Gabie met back in the Spring of 2016 at a Lander baseball game. They instantly clicked and became super close! Haven is someone who the Bride has always looked up to and seen as the big sister she never had! Haven is the one Gabie gropes and moans to about adulting and the one to go on the most fun (and sometimes out of their league) adventures with!
Barrett Charpia

Brandon and Barrett became best friends once Barrett moved to Chapin in 2008. The two played junior varsity baseball and varsity baseball together from 9th - 12th grade at Chapin High. No matter what, they were always together whether they were hanging out at the lake or eating pizza and playing poker. Brandon and Barrett hold a special relationship because they will always be able to lean on each other for anything.
Taylor Livingston

The Bride knew of Taylor Livingston when they were in high school, but never met her until freshman year of college. Taylor and Gabie officially met at freshman orientation at Newberry College. Gabie came by to ask her if she wanted to hang out with her and some other girls’ she had met that day. Of course, Taylor abruptly denied, and Gabie thought to herself, who the heck is this chick… Once sorority recruitment week came around, they talked more and more and finally became sisters. From then on, it was late night outings, bar runs, functions, and many many sleepovers together.
Matt Thorpe

Brandon and Matt met in a rather interesting kind of way; what started at EXPO at Lander University where Brandon didn’t think Matt was even playing baseball with the team. This soon would change, leading up to becoming best friends and roommates throughout college. When it comes to the many late nights and early mornings, Matt and Brandon always seemed to be together through everything.
Kaylee Susong

Gabie and Kaylee have been friends now for what seems like a very long time. Kaylee was also a Chapin Varsity Cheerleader back in the day - that's where they began to spend of their time together. One of the best memories that the bride has with Kaylee is their first year on Varsity - they stormed the mat together and had their own personal superstitious handshake that they did at every competition. Now adays, they spend time together on the White Family Vacation, catch up for drinks, or even show up as "has beens" to cheer competitions. Whatever it may be, they always have the best times spent together. Gabie is so blessed to have such a great friend and advocate in her life!
Thomas Burrows

Thomas and Brandon's friendship began in spring training of 2017. Thomas had just gotten traded over to the Braves and it was both of their first times training as a professional baseball players. Thomas and Brandon were sent off to Rome, GA to play their first full season together. The two were paired up to be locker buddies, roommates when traveling, and having a lot of their time spent eating meals together; this is what started their strong friendship. That friendship has continued and is even stronger today. They now call and check up on each other regularly and make sure that they push each other and support each other throughout the upcoming seasons.

A cousin of the Bride. Lindsay and Gabie spent the best childhood memories together! Shopping, dancing, movies, makeovers, sleepovers and constantly dressing Gabie’s little brother up as a girl, LOL. Now to make another, as her bridesmaid!
Brett Auckland

Brandon and Brett first became friends in the 9th grade when they were teammates on the Chapin JV Baseball team. Whether the two were on, or off the field, you would always catch them together. One of Brandon's favorite memories with Brett was playing FIFA battles on the XBOX above the garage in Brandon’s old house in Ashwood Hills.
Mallory Taylor

The Bride met Mallory through her fiancé in the fall of 2015. The two basically spent every single weekend together past that point. Whether the girls were out watching the boys play baseball or downing tequila at Laha, they always had the most fun together! Gabie is so lucky to have a life-long friend like Mallory in her life and to have stand beside her on her big day!

Cole and Brandon began their friendship in high school playing junior varsity baseball together. Just as Brandon had to trust Cole on the baseball field, he always trusted him equally off the field. These two have had such a great friendship over the years because they know that no matter where they are or what life throws their way, they will always be there for each other through anything.

The Bride’s (fingers-crossed) future Sister-in-law to be 😉 Gabie met Tori 6 years ago when Tori first started dating Brandon’s brother, Tyler. It’s been a long time coming for the two of them, and Gabie is so happy that her and Tori have been able to grow their friendship into what it is today!

Brandon is Gabie’s little brother and is also known as “Little B.” He’s someone that Gabie adores and seeks daily inspiration from. What an honor it is to have Brandon be the keeper of the rings on the wedding day!
