Travel Tip: Avoid Election Weekend in Colombia

In Colombia, the presidential elections will take place the following weekend, on May 31st. To avoid any potential travel disruptions or stress, we kindly recommend that guests visiting the country plan their return trip before the election occurs.

The best way to arrive in Bogotá is by flying into El Dorado International Airport (BOG). For nonstop flights from Orlando (MCO) or Tampa (TPA), the most convenient airlines are Avianca, LATAM (highly recommend), and Copa Airlines. _________________ La mejor manera de llegar a Bogotá es llegando al Aeropuerto Internacional El Dorado (BOG).
