Answer

Semi-formal, cocktail or garden attire is highly encouraged. Our wedding is outdoors and parts will be on grass and/or uneven surfaces. We suggest wearing shoes with block or wedge heels to avoid the potential of your shoes getting stuck in the ground, or twists/sprains.

While we love your little ones and would love to have them there to celebrate our big day, we made the tough decision to have both our ceremony and reception are child free. If you need help sourcing local childcare in Ellensburg, we would be happy to ask our venue owner for referrals.

If you were allocated a plus one, it will be included on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at the venue. We do not anticipate parking being an issue, however, for the safety and convenience of all guests, we will be coordinating a shuttle to and from the venue at designated times. If you plan on drinking, and do not have a designated driver, we highly encourage you use the provided shuttle.

Answer

Yes, we are coordinating a shuttle to and from the venue. Details about when and where the shuttle picks up will be provided closer to the wedding on the travel page of our website.

We plan on having an entree choice that's vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. If you have additional restrictions that go beyond what we've listed here, please let us know in the designated section of your digital RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during that time. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. However, the rest of the evening is fair game for as many photos as your heart desires and we would LOVE to see the wedding from your perspective.

Answer

Our favorite hotel in Ellensburg is Hotel Windrow, we highly recommend there. However, AirBnb's are always a great option and there are multiple other hotels in the area for a reasonable nightly rate.
