What about Covid?

We care so deeply about the safety of every single person at our wedding. We want to make sure that our big day doesn't put people at risk... especially since we have waited 2 or more years to see most of you and miss you so much! We respectfully ask that all adult guests in attendance are fully vaccinated for Covid. If you are not planning to get vaccinated, please RSVP "no" or feel free to personally message us. Are masks required?

Answer

Right now, they are not required. If you'd like to wear one, feel free to do what makes you feel comfortable. Please check back here as our event approaches, because we will be following whatever guidance/mandates are put in place by the state.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose. Heads up that our ceremony is planned for outdoors, weather permitting. It will be on a grassy lawn, so please consider your shoe choice - flat shoes or wedged heels are a good idea. June in MA can be hot, but keep a close eye on the 10 day forecast before packing your suitcase, so you can dress accordingly! Our reception will most likely be indoors.

Day-Of Transportation?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour & reception are all on the same property - AND - so are the Inn accommodations! Logistically, your only responsibility is getting to the event site. Click our "travel" tab for info on our discounted rooms.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

We have the hall till 10:30pm however, they will have a bonfire with a marshmallow roasting station on the patio for everyone to savor some extra time and say goodnight leisurely.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Here on our Zola website, we've combined registry items from Crate & Barrel, Amazon & Zola themselves. The registry has traditional gifts as well as an "Our First Home" fund.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We are still deciding on our menu, but when you get your formal invitation please check back and we'll have more information for you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking on the Warren Conference Center & Inn property.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children - we really do! But we'd like our wedding to be a fun night off for you, so you can enjoy yourselves and celebrate! Unless specified otherwise on your invitation, please arrange for someone to watch the kids. If you are unable to find a sitter, contact us directly and we can look into having a sitter onsite during the ceremony/reception. Just a note: our nieces and nephews will be our flower-tossing, ring-bearing dream team, so they'll be in attendance at the event. Thank you for your understanding!
