Menu choices are as follows:
Starters
1. Smooth chicken liver parfait, chutney & brioche toast
2. Oak smoked salmon with shallots, capers,
dill & wholemeal bread
3. Duo of seasonal melon fantail with forest fruit compote
& mint syrup (v)
Mains
4. Roast rump of lamb, served with pommes anna
& mint scented jus
5. Stuffed ballotine of chicken rolled in bacon, served
with fondant potatoes & thyme jus
6. Vegetable makhani with broad bean pilau rice, cauliflower bhaji, poppadom & mango chutney (v)
All mains are served with seasonal vegetables
Desserts
7. Selection of cheeses, celery, biscuits, chutney & grapes
8. Chocolate brownie with white chocolate sauce
& Baileys ice cream
9. Pineapple roasted with chilli & cinnamon served with
mulled wine, poached fruits & passionfruit sorbet (v)
