Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will take place on September 19th, 2025 at Secluded Garden Estate in Pala, California. Both the ceremony and reception will be at this location. Please refer to the Schedule tab for the full address.

When should I Rsvp by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 25th. This allows us to ensure that our vendors have an accurate headcount. Refer to the RSVP tab at your earliest convenience. Unfortunately, any unanswered RSVPs will be marked as “not attending”. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking on site to accommodate our guests.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:30 and 3:50p.m. This will allow ample time for parking, walking to the ceremony site, and finding a seat. Please note that the walk from the parking lot is slightly uphill, but should not take more than a few minutes. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be unplugged and we ask our guests to be fully present with us! We have hired an amazing team of professionals and we kindly ask that phones be put away and silenced to allow them to execute their jobs uninterrupted. Feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like once the ceremony is finished!

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors. Pala in September tends to be warmer in the afternoon, but should cool down later into the evening. The venue is situated on a hill, so all of the areas we are utilizing should be shaded by ceremony time (fingers crossed)!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see you all dressed up with us, so we are requesting that our guests wear semi-formal attire. Think of garments that are fancy, but also comfortable and practical for the outdoors. Have fun with it! Lightweight and airy fabrics, flowy dresses, jumpsuits, light-colored suits, linen button ups- it's all fair game! Please note that there are dirt paths and uneven ground at several locations at the venue. Ladies, this means opting for the shorter heels or wedges to be safe. The venue provides a golf cart shuttle service all night long for those that need help getting around. Lastly, we do ask that our guests save white for the bride.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As much as we’d love to invite everyone, intentionality is our priority and we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name once you RSVP on the website. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore and love your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your formal invitation, we respectfully ask you make other arrangements for childcare. We encourage you to take the evening off and use it as a date night!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

At this time, we do not have transportation arranged from Pala Mesa Resort to Secluded Garden Estate. The drive is approximately 20 minutes. Please do keep this in mind as you make your driving arrangements for after the wedding. We encourage guests to carpool and designate drivers for everyone's safety! And 3 words- hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
