Wedding Party

Michael Buster

Best Man

Michael and I met at 5 Guys in the winter of 2014. Although he offered me a poor and inaccurate sports opinion in our first encounter, I still gave him a chance. Michael and I's relationship has developed from friendship into something resembling brotherhood. Some have even called us "The Odd Couple". Michael's friendship has been instrumental to my growth and change over the last several years. I couldn't think of a better "Best Man" to have in my wedding.

Charlotte Perkis

Maid of Honor

Charlotte and I met February 7th, 1997, when she graced our family with her presence. While she may be contractually obligated to fulfill this role, she will do it with a smile and a sly remark. Charlotte, I am so grateful to be able to spend such a significant day with this you by my side. You fiercely loyal, caring, sarcastic, and driven. Your determination inspires me every day. I love you dearly.

Freddy Ramirez

Groomsman

Freddie and I met at Redemption Alhambra a few years back. Freddie and I hit it off quickly, and we enjoy grabbing cold drinks, having very long conversations, and in general being around one another. Even though he enjoys making fun of my Dallas Cowboys, I can say without a doubt that Freddie has impacted my life in ways far beyond what he may even know. Plus, he's a ton of fun to boot.

Heather Spradley

Bridesmaid

Heather and I were in the same cohort group during my time at Biola. I also got to room with her for three years. Heather, you have continually showed me the power of God's word and his care for us. I love your joy and spirit for life. I'm grateful for your friendship and I'm so glad you get to share in this day! I love you.

Frank Gonzales

Groomsman

Frank was one of the main reasons I didn't collapse into a pile of nothingness when entering post-college life. He and Michael were roommates, and lived in the same apartment complex I did when I graduated college (I basically lived with them even though I had my own studio). Frank spent much time talking to me, providing unsolicited (haha) advice in a variety of life areas. Frank and I spent a lot of time together that first year after college and beyond, and I couldn't imagine my wedding day without him being one of my groomsman.

Kelly McBride

Bridesmaid

Kelly is another faithful member of my college cohort. Last fall we went on a trip to Singapore and Thailand that was incredible. Kelly, thank you for bringing humor and new perspective into my life. I learn so much from you about pursuing what is worthwhile. I'm so grateful that you get to share in this day. I love you!

Jacob Buchanan

Groomsman

Jacob and I met through my childhood friend Moriah (who is now Jacob's wife). Jacob and I's relationship has grown to a place where I consider him one of my closest friends. We consistently have fun together, and although there is distance involved, my relationship with Jacob has only grown in quality over the years. Jacob's humor, his love of people, and his unrelenting pursuit of meaningful relationship have affected me noticeably throughout the time of knowing him.

Sophia Panayioutou

Bridesmaid

Sophia too, was a part of my cohort group at Biola. I had the privilege of living with her for three years during undergrad. Sophia, thank you for speaking light and truth into my life. Your care and sensitivity to share the gospel in our friendship is a constant source of encouragement to me. I love you, and I'm so grateful to spend this day with you!
