Can I bring my child?

Answer

Yes, but please let the bride know if you plan on bringing your child(ren) and make sure to include it on your RSVP!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

No alcohol will be provided at our wedding reception. That being said, please feel free to BYOB. We will not mind if you would like to indulge in an alcoholic beverage or two. Please no drunkenness or vulgar behavior or you will be kindly asked to leave.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

The reception will include appetizer hour, as well as buffet style dinner. Appetizer hour will feature fresh fruits and some specialty items provided by the caterer. Dinner will include jerk chicken, steak, seasonal vegetables, crushed potatoes, rolls, and fresh salad. Children's food will also be provided. There will be chicken fingers and fries for children. Please enjoy the dessert table and help yourself to all the delightful baked goods you can fit into your tummy!

Can I take pictures on my phone during the ceremony?

The bride and groom kindly ask that you do not take pictures with your cell phones during the ceremony. They have hired a wonderful professional to take their photos, and would love to see your face in them- not your phones! Sit back, relax, and bask in all the love of the moment! You may take as many pictures as you want after the ceremony

What should I wear?

Answer

If you haven't gotten the memo, we are getting married in the backyard! Ladies, leave your stilettos at home and opt for more comfortable, yard friendly footwear. Attire should be semi-formal and lightweight. Please bring a jacket or sweater for the evening hours.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, this event is on! If it does rain, the ceremony and all activities will be under the tent. That being said, if the forecast calls for rain please pray and ask the rain to go away! Thanks in advance!
