Mel and Jess shared a bunk bed, they made it their mission to collect nearly the whole set of the Simpsons Tazos, cared for many Tamagotchi’s and Furby’s together, as well as tortured their parents on numerous occasions by performing ‘Spice Girls concerts’. Who knows, maybe Jess will belt out a Spice Girls tune with Bec for old times’ sake during their speech on the night, or even worse think of some embarrassing childhood memories to share with you all…
Adrian James
Best Man
From high school to university to work, Adrian and Kevin's friendship has flourished over time. Whilst their friendship might have started off slow, with Kevin placing Adrian on top of a shed to get a laugh knowing Adrian was too scared to jump off, it has certainly grown since, with both having each other backs in all situations. Kevin is excited to have Adrian standing by his side on the big day. There are many more stories to share, however we will leave them for Adrian to bring up in the best man speech.

Mel has known Bec since the day she was born. Early on Bec took advantage of having a younger sister - she would always be the ‘teacher’ and Mel the student, the ‘owner’ and Mel the pet (yes, she walked Mel around the house with a pretend lead) and the ‘director’ and Mel the performer in concerts for their parents. Childhood torture aside, Bec and Mel will always be each other’s first best friend.
Ryan Jayamaha

Kevin and Ryan first became mates after Year 9 politics and a group project they did to promote Subway. Ryan was very much the star of the video whilst Kevin was responsible for capturing the footage on a webcam. Since then their friendship has grown, sharing a passion for footy, appreciation of a beer and a readiness for a good time.

Mel has truly hit the jackpot when it comes to sister-in-laws! Melizza is one of the most genuine and caring people you will come across. She welcomed Mel into the family with open arms and made her feel right at home. Mel is looking forward to forever turning around when the original 'Mel Ferdinands' is called!
Daniel Simons

Kevin and Daniel first met playing ruck against each other in under 9s. He was the gun junior footballer whilst Kevin was playing footy to fill the time between cricket seasons. Their friendship grew through high school and they have been mates since. Always one to rally the group together, Daniel will also be the MC for the big day!

Who knew that the very first person Mel spoke to at uni orientation day would be such an incredible human being and become a lifelong friend standing by her side on the day she gets married! They had an unhealthy obsession with Subway during uni and now can be found brunching on the regular.
Joel Van Twest
Groomsman
Sharing a homeroom in year 7, Joel and Kevin have been mates ever since the start of high school. Joel is responsible for Kevin's passion for basketball, introducing him to the NBA via NBA Live 05 and 3 on 3 pick up games at school and has educated Kevin that good scotch should not be drunk with coke. If you bump into Joel, get him a shot as Kevin owes him one.
Clara Fussell

Mel met Clara back at PwC and they have been inseparable ever since. They have shared lots of fun times together, a highlight being their outback adventure to the NT, where they did a few laps around Ayers rock whilst adorning specially purchased straw hats and ending their night at an outback pub in the middle of nowhere. What happens in the NT, stays in the NT...
Bolek Rozkiewicz
Groomsman
Bolek brings diversity to the groomsmen in his height and complexion. Bolek and Kevin's friendship started in high school and has continued since. On the basketball court Bolek was always there to make up for Kevin's poor defense and as a friend he is always there to chill with and have a few quiet beers.
Ava Lanza
Flower Girl
Mel and Kev’s favourite niece. Watch out for this one making her way down the aisle - her mumma is already adjusting her sleep schedule! If you hear 'Baby Shark' being played at any time on the day it is definitely to keep this one smiling.
Shenella Seneviratne

Kevin is lucky enough to be Shenella's Godfather and both Kevin and Mel are very excited to have Shenella as part their Bridal party. Shenella is an experienced flower girl and she will be keeping the Bridesmaids in line on the big day.
