Dina has been there through thick and thin and Sara wouldn't have asked for a better person to stand by her side then her partner in crime! <3

One of Stefan's longest standing friends, he has transcended the status of friend, and moved into the realm of brotherhood. From the amazing life advice Jason has given, to the shenanigans they have both gotten into over the past 18 or so years, there is no one Stefan would rather have standing by his side during the big day.

First cousin once removed or something to Sara but more like a sister from another mister! Being less than a month a part (Krista's older! XD), they basically grew up together and would exchange all the details going on in there lives as it progressed. From drawing dolls with crayons at the top of the stairs in their Aunt's home, to sharing High School drama stories, to crazy college stories, to random Wawa and weekend trips, Krista has been there through it all. Although she doesn't care much about Harry Potter, Sara still loves her mitochondria meatball Taco all the same. <3

From the first time he came into Stefan's apartment to play in his D&D game with the infamous Kaderious, it was a match made in My Little Pony heaven. Always having something to lighten the mood, Joe is a bastion of wondrous mirth and belly laughs.

Also a first cousin once removed or something but another sister from another mister! Alex was always the super duper kindest big sister to Sara and always has her back no matter what. Having an incredible creative force, she's drawn amazing drawings in her life and always brought out Sara's creativity as they grew up together. From family vacations to Long Beach Island to moving across the country to California and now Washington State, there bond never faltered! Distance knows know limits when it comes to family! <3

A cohort and accomplice in the proposal, Alex has been and stalwart friend and ally for their brief but extremely fun and memorable friendship. Two year-long games of Pandemic Legacy, a new Legacy game beginning, and lots of fun in between, Alex was the first to be asked to be a groomsman, with a bear hug as his answer!

Who knew that meeting Drew in SUNY Purchase College and sharing in his homemade vodka gummy bears would lead to Sara meeting her soulmate?! Drew was the bridge that introduced Sara to Stefan back in ConnectiCon 2015 and the rest was history. He has always been an amazing friend to Sara as well as Stefan over the years that he not only was asked to be a groomsman but also a BROSMAID as we now like to call it! Drew has such an amazing, bubbly, boastful, personality and is filled to the top with tons of stories of the famous comic book creators and actors he has met on his many journeys to conventions across the U.S.A.! Also a real life Ghostbuster, so you know who you need to call! XD

Remaining one of the few friends Stefan was happily able to keep out of high school, these two, among other nefarious deeds, will always cherish the smashing of the Coldstone cups under his Mazda's tires after eating ice cream and laughing in the Danbury parking lot. Jax also has been an amazing creative force in Sara's life by bouncing off so many creative ideas on one another and teaching her how to sew! Jax and (Justin as well!) even bought Sara a new sewing machine to keep her creativity alive!

Wife of Alex Castleton (groomsman) but also an accomplice in the #gamechanger proposal! She has been an awesome, kind-hearted friend to both Sara and Stefan that they thought of no one better to officiate them! Ever meeting at Temple Con on a crazyrandomhappenstance, they've all been great friends ever since and always play tons of board games together and travel to conventions together! She introduced us to the love of backpack camping to the point where they all go together every year!

Meeting through a different YMCA program, Justin and Stefan have been friends for close to two decades. From initially bonding over Magic: The Gathering, to Anime, swords, knives, Renaissance Faires, and cooking, these two are always getting into the best of trouble, and always eating the best of foods. He will be dressed as the Knight in Shining Armor during the ceremony.

Niece to the Bride and Groom! She loves to walk around with her Coach designer bag and her toy cell phone...yep she’s only 3 yrs old! 🤣 She also loves all things unicorn and pink and will always say "Cheese" when the camera is on her!

Nephew to the Bride and Groom! Loves Thomas the Tank Engine and all types of trains! He can sing many nursery rhymes and teaches his sister Sadie the ropes on being a kid!

One of the coolest and hippest mom's you'll meet! Not only is she Sara's mother but she is also her best friend for life. Her love for music makes her open to all different genres, especially when dealing with two daughters who have all over tastes in music! She not only grew to love Mariah Carey, Eric Benet, and Janet Jackson (just to name some) but also loves Linkin Park, Guns N' Roses, Van Halen, Evanesence, Paramore, and more! (thanks to Sara's bad influence XD) She is the definition of Mama Bear and is one of the wittiest people you will meet!
John Fasano
Father of the Bride
The most interesting man....in the world! Next to Sara's mom, he is one of the funniest people you'll meet. Always cracking the classic Dad jokes, he always knows the best way to bring smiles to everyone's faces as well as in their hearts. Growing up and to this day, he makes Italian Gravy every Sunday (Sunday Gravy as we all call it) which is a day where the family would get together and share an afternoon dinner meal and discuss everything from school to politics to advice on life. Keeping traditions is important to Sara and Stefan so this is one we will be able to host soon with our family!

A man of great intellect and honor, there are none more reliable or dependable. Never one to lead you astray, he is a master of pool hall geometry and of life's great challenges. Living vicariously through himself, he is a true champion of sage advice and wisdom Whenever he bobs for apples, he comes up with a three pound lobster. A child of European immigrants, he speak a multitude of languages; he can even speak French...in Russian. A self-taught guitarist of 40+ years, he has mastered the art of tuning instruments. A woman who Stefan is proud to call his Step-Mother. A champion when it comes to withstanding an onslaught of puns and dad jokes, running marathons is nothing to this amazing woman, compared to all the hurdles she has overcome throughout her life. Ruth encouraged the growth of the friendship between her son Eric, and Stefan, and she was among the first to have witnessed the smash-hit single that came from them: We Need Energy!
