Reservations can be made by individual call in or by using the link below, mention group " Wilson Wedding" to get the group's special rate when calling. Please double check and specify the check in date. We have some guests staying the entire weekend, and some just staying for the night. All reservations must be received by Friday 11/20/2026. After this date, any new reservation will be based on availability. Check in is available as early as 2:00pm. Please call the hotel ahead of check in time to ensure a room is clean and ready for you.
