What's up with Covid?*

Updated as of 03/27/2022: East Bay Park's current regulations require guests to wear masks indoors except while eating or drinking. Proof of vaccination or negative Covid test is NO LONGER required. *Please check here before traveling for the most up to date Covid regulations & restrictions.

Answer

Transportation shuttle to and from the venue is available for guests staying at Four Points by Sheraton in Emeryville. (See link located under transportation tab).

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking at the venue.

What do we do if we arrive late?

Answer

If you arrive late please do not interrupt if the ceremony is in progress. If you arrive after the ceremony you can join other guests for lite bites and drinks. If you are super late (tisk tisk) you can join us for dinner and fun in the main hall.

Can I bring a friend or plus one?

Answer

We want to celebrate with you and any other guests we have ok'd to be at the wedding. We have just enough tables and chairs for our invited guests.

Are kids allowed?

Unless specified on your invitation, we encourage everyone to bring RSVP approved guests only.

What should I bring?

Answer

There is no need to bring anything but yourself, we are excited to celebrate with you. We will have a gift table if you feel so inclined, and there is a honeymoon fund on this website if you felt like gifting to that.

Is there an option for dietary restrictions?

We have carefully selected an amazing menu for the evening. There will be a wide range of food at the wedding, that we are sure will please everyone.

Is this an unplugged wedding

Answer

The ceremony will be unplugged once the ceremony starts. We would love the photographers to be able to capture your faces and not your phones in our pictures.

What to wear?

Answer

We are looking forward to seeing you in your semi formal attire. We kindly request you leave your favorite blue jeans and flip flops at home. For inspiration, the wedding colors are navy and blush.
