Best Western Fishers Indianapolis Area

Please disregard the hotel information that was sent in our invitations, as we have signed a new contract for a wedding block at the Best Western Fishers/Indianapolis! It is less than 3 miles away and about a 6 minute drive from the venue. To book, please call 317-578-2000 and let them know you would like a room in the Herreid/Avampato block. There are 40 rooms available at the rate of $120 per night (20 rooms with 2 queen beds, 20 rooms with 1 king bed) for both Friday 8/13 and Saturday 8/14. Rooms MUST be booked by July 13th, otherwise you will not receive the discounted rate. We are so bummed about the original hotel (Hyatt Place) and their lack of communication, as they were in walking distance, which is part of the reason we chose our venue! I have contacted their corporate office with my concerns. We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience, but we had no idea this would be such an issue when we created the block last year.
