The dress code is semi-formal/dressy casual!
Midwest weather is pretty unpredictable sometimes, but we anticipate it will be pretty warm in Indiana in August!
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the FORUM Events Center in Fishers, IN!
Both events will take place indoors. You are welcome to hang out on the patio outside at any point, if you desire!
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests will exit the ceremony space and hang out in the foyer for cocktail hour from 5:30-6:30pm to mingle with other guests or grab a beverage! During cocktail hour, the FORUM staff will be flipping the room for the reception.
We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated and we can get the #avamparty started!
There is plenty of free parking at the venue in the parking lot!

The Hyatt Place is in walking distance to the venue and the Best Western is a short 6 minute drive! If you need other transportation, Uber and Lyft are popular services in the Indianapolis area!
For dinner, we will be having a buffet style with several options, including: sliced prime rib with horseradish sauce, Mediterranean chicken breast, cranberry poppyseed salad, roasted redskin potatoes, California medley vegetables, and homemade rolls! Children under 8 will be served chicken tenders and mac n’ cheese. For dessert, we will have marble cake available for our guests! Every guest will receive one drink ticket for a drink on us! The ticket can be redeemed for a soda, beer, wine, or a cocktail! After using your ticket, we will then switch to a cash bar, so please bring cash or a credit card to enjoy bar service!
