If you want to have kids who are ansy then a zoo walk sounds like a good plan. They have quite the collection.

Fort Wayne Children's Zoo

This little place is filled to the brim with plants and walkways as well as a coffee shop and gift shop on the main floor. This is a great spot to either sit and breathe or do a short walk surrounded by nature.

Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory

We went here on our first date. needless to say it was perfect. This is also in a perfect spot surrounded by walking paths, ice cream deserts and other bar lounges. A walk around the block of this place is highly recommended.

Mercado

After a long day or maybe just stopping downtown, this is a great place to just sit, chat and have a drink. Alex and I make many visits to this pub for get-togethers and its atmosphere.

Heres a good shopping spot for any last minute items :) or snacks. Be sure to visit online to see their list of shops. Debrand chocolate shop and Trader Joes are top picks for us.
