What COVID policies are in place?

Answer

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the ever changing nature of COVID19 vaccinations will be required to attend the ceremony and reception. They apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but want to ensure a safe event for all guests. If you are experiencing any COVID symptoms please also stay home to recover. September 1st Update: Masks will be required for guests during the ceremony and when not actively eating or drinking. Masks will be provided for those who forget and hand sanitizer will be available as well. The couple still looks forward to celebrating in as safe a manner as possible.

Are we able to bring our child to the wedding?

Answer

To give all guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, and to ensure all guests are vaccinated, the bride and groom politely request that their ceremony and reception are an adults only event.

What is the schedule for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The doors to the Seattle Aquarium will open at 6:30 PM. The ceremony will start at 6:50 PM with doors to close at 6:45 PM. The parking lot (Republic Parking Garage) will be available from 6:00 PM and more details can be found on the Travel tab. After the ceremony there will be a drinks and passed appetizer hour followed by a seated dinner starting at 8:00. Toasts, dessert and dancing to follow with the event ending at 11:00. Please be sure to RSVP by August 23rd and select your meal preference on the RSVP tab.

Can I take photos during the wedding?

Answer

The bride and groom kindly request an unplugged ceremony. They ask that all devices are turned off to allow guests to be fully present in the moment with them. During the reception feel free to take as many photos as you want and use the wedding hashtag #AllAboutM+E.

What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: festive dresses, skirts and pantsuit or suits and sport jackets (ties optional). Please, no denim or Hawaiian shirts.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! The couple have rooms blocked at the Marriott on the Seattle Waterfront which is just a short walk from the aquarium and they will be staying there themselves. Can we bring an additional guest to the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately at this time the event isn't able to accommodate additional guests in an effort to retain an intimate number of people who know and love the bride and groom.
