Maid of Honor
On the first day of college classes Christine asked Christina for some of her food and the rest was history. Christina & Christine confused RAs for years, and she brings the perfect maid of honor attitude. Although Christina and the Bride see the north shore/south shore as a long distance relationship, they stay in constant contact via cow memes. Do NOT ask her to share any embarrassing stories of the bride.
Bridesmaid
Ashley is Christine’s long-time rugby teammate and first Quincy friend. Since Ashley, Courtney and Christine currently live 10 minutes apart, rides to the airport, pet-sittings, and late night stops to Pete’s Bar or the China are routine. This part-time dog sitter full-time friend won “best laugh” in middle school and is ready to laugh and dance all weekend!
Bridesmaid
Courtney and the bride played rugby together, and both can currently be found exploring Quincy’s dive bars. She is dog mom to Quincy’s most popular pup, and has a very popular side gig rehabbing furniture. She’s always trying something new, and Christine and John are always ready to take advantage of these new endeavors (BBQ smoking is a personal favorite).
Bridesmaid
Christine and Elise have hiked Trolltunga in Norway, Mt. Rainier in Washington and the stairs of their BU dorm when the elevator was broken. When finding a picture of Elise, it was tempting to pick some of the “outtakes” taken over the years, but maturity won out. This Seattle-Boston-Virginia-Michigan transplant isn’t afraid of embarrassing photos or dance moves! You are guaranteed to see both during the celebrations.
Bridesmaid
Everyone needs an Emily. Someone who will say “yes” to any plan, no matter how financially irresponsible. That’s how Emily and the Bride ended up at Monday night concerts, Portland day trips and a weekend away with the entire staff of Harry’s Bar & Grill. When Emily isn’t globetrotting, she’s exploring every corner of Boston alongside Christine and working hard on her apartment aesthetic.
Bridesmaid
Jolia and the Bride survived both a high stress job and 3 years living together. She is responsible for keeping the Bride sane during quarantine, and together they’ve seen the entirety of the Netflix catalogue. She’s full of new fun ideas and will always be the first to tell you if you have food in your teeth. A highly sought-after therapist, Jolia is off the clock during the wedding weekend- don’t even ask!
Bridesmaid
Nikki Moyer: 10/5/1998-1/19/2025 Nikki passed away at the beginning of this year, but it wouldn’t feel right to remove her from this list. We decided to keep her “blurb” as-is, as she was (and always will be) an important part of our lives 🤍 Despite working in computer science, Nikki refuses to help the bride fix her phone. Regardless, she’s an essential addition to the bridal party and Christine’s favorite (only) sister. She’s the #1 pet mom to a chameleon and rabbit- ask her about them!
Bridesmaid
AKA “Zeis.” Sarah and Christine met when Sarah attended exactly one college rugby practice. Sarah and Christina met when Sarah would fall asleep in Christine’s dorm room while Christine was at class. A proud masshole living in Atlanta, Sarah prides herself on bringing good party energy. Need a dance partner? Have questions about Bitcoin? Need to scope out a good spot to nap? Sarah’s your girl!
Best Man
Max and John have been the bestest of friends ever since middle school. Max is a family man, athlete, and nurse. He will certainly excel at his duties as best man. He approaches every task before him with a sense of thought and confidence. If you can’t find him, just look for the tallest man in the room.
Groomsman
The bride’s little brother. He and the groom bond over being middle children and making fun of Christine. Dan is an engineer, mead-brewer and #1 fan of a #5 college hockey team.
Groomsman
Looking for a recommendation for a new band to listen to? How about a movie you’ve never seen before? What if you want to play something as obscure as hacky sack? Dave is your man. Both a good guy and a good time.
Groomsman
If DJ were writing this, he would tell you that he went 5-0 on his football picks this week. If the Bride were writing this, she’d want to say that DJ and John met when they were 12 years old and haven’t grown up since.
Groomsman
If you need a reason to smile or laugh, I’ve found your remedy. Paul’s sense of humor will find a way to crack even the most stoic of characters. *Knock knock* Who’s there? John’s older brother, Paul.
Groomsman
Surf’s up! Johns oldest brother Jamie and his beautiful family live in Southern California. We went to visit this past summer and stood up on a surfboard for 1/2 a second! You’ll enjoy Jamie’s presence for his quick wits, good looks, and supreme intelligence. Wait, how did Jamie get ahold of this blurb?!
Groomsman
Grab a fishing pole. It’s time to sit out on the dock and cast some lines. Robbie is warming presence and a breath of fresh air in any situation. You’ll want to be in his atmosphere on the wedding day. But whatever you do, don’t challenge Robbie and John to cornhole. Bad idea.
Groomsman
You might catch him in Plymouth walking his chocolate lab, Bruschi. Everyone loves Ryan. There is no other way to describe it. He’s always there for you when you need him. Everyone needs a rock. A sports fanatic and John’s younger brother, Ryan is a fan favorite.
