The nearest airport is the Cancun Airport. Travel from the airport to Atelier takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on traffic. Airport shuttles are included with your stay. Airfare is not included in your stay and must be booked independently.

Included in the rates for the rooms are transfers to and from the Cancun Airport with Amstar Transfers. As soon as you know your flight information, please reach out to Tina so she can arrange your transfers from and to the airport. The latest date to arrange transfers is January 15, 2026. Travel Note

Room Rates & Insurance

The attached google doc includes the per person rates for the discounted room block. Rooms held in our contract are outlined with additional information and pricing based on the nights you wish to stay and price by single/double or triple if applicable. There is a 3 night minimum stay required as part of our group contract. There is an option to purchase insurance through the travel agency when reserving your room to cover trip cancellation. That information is also included in the google doc. We waived the insurance ourselves, however, it is an option should you want to protect your trip with insurance. Tina can give you more details if you have any questions.
