We invite you to RSVP online under the RSVP tab or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with the invitation.
There is parking for 50-75 cars onsite, cars can be left overnight to be picked up by 9am in the morning. Cars left out after 9am the morning after celebration may be towed. We ask that all guests drink responsibly, carpool, plan for a safe ride home and opt to leave a car overnight if needed. Please use the second driveway when entering the valley. Do not use the first driveway marked with a "Private Property" sign. Instead, look for the welcome sign at the second driveway—this is the designated entrance for the public venue.
Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be in tents. We suggest that guests bring comfortable footwear as all of the ground is uneven/unpaved. We also recommend bringing a jacket as the evenings in Olympic Village can get cold.
Formal Attire: We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit. Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, and the reception will be held in elegant tents. We recommend that guests wear comfortable footwear, such as wedges, boots, or flats, and avoid spike heels, as the ground consists of natural wood chips and may be uneven. Be prepared for varying temperatures—bring sun protection for a warm day and layers for a cooler evening, especially if the wind picks up.
