Our Wedding in the Woods

Mountain Disco Semi-Formal
This is your RSVP for the wedding, but also where you'll let us know your travel and lodging plans! We have beds for ~140 people on site, and were able to book ahead at a discount. We'll send an invoice and you'll book through us once we have a final guest list in February 2025. Let us know if you plan to stay on-site and if there is a group you'd like to bunk with. There are cabins for individuals and groups, as well as RV/camper sites. Individual cabins will be more than group cabins, but we estimate people will pay between $50-70 per night, per person. Those with pets can find alternatives in town. Though some folx may just be coming for the wedding on Saturday, we hope most if not all of you will stay with us all weekend! We have a free block of 40 beds, so please let us know if you'd like to take advantage of this. They are bunk style, but fully furnished, with access to bathrooms/showers. They are a great option for kids/teens, too!

We'll have beef burgers, veggie burgers, salmon burgers, all the burgers! For those who prefer hot doggies or snausages, we'll have those too. Veg heads fear not, we'll have a selection of hearty salads and grilled veggie kebabs as well. We'll provide beer for this event but will not be serving liquor.

Casual brunch get together, come mix and mingle on the porches amongst the aspens. We'll be serving all sorts of good stuff, with V and VEG options of course.
Ceremony

Attire is "mountain disco semi-formal" - aka whatever you feel most beautiful in! Bold patterns and big colors are both encouraged, sparkles too!
We're getting mawwied!! The ceremony is schedule to be outdoors among a grove of aspens and cocktail hour is split between a patio and packed gravel, pack your shoes accordingly! We'll do dinner and toasts in dining hall lodge and then boogie back up the hill for desserts and dancing. After party is in the gym, starts at 11, no kids please ;)

We need time to ensure all lodging is tidy and will not incur additional cleaning fees. We have to walk the lodging with the owner at 11 AM to determine any damages, so you cannot be in your cabins past 10:30 at the latest!
