Question

Help! Who can I ask questions to on the day of the wedding?

Answer

In an effort to keep the bride and groom as present as possible on their special day, we ask that any additional questions not answered below be first directed to Rachelle (Maid of Honor) or Nathan (Best Man) on the wedding day as the couple will not have access to their phones

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black-tie optional aka semi-formal. Think elegant cocktail dresses, a suit and tie, or a sports coat. No jeans, please. Ladies, find Rachelle to get high heel protectors for the grass.

Question

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is planned to be outdoors, but if it rains (you never know in Seattle!) we will move it to indoors.

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Typical weather in September for Seattle, WA: Daily high temperatures from 75°F to 67°F, rarely falling below 60°F or exceeding 83°F. Daily low temperatures from 57°F to 52°F, rarely falling below 46°F or exceeding 61°F. We don't expect rain, but it's always smart to plan for rain just in case.

Question

What time should we arrive? How far is it from Seattle?

Answer

Plan to arrive at 3 p.m. PT. It is a 30 minute drive on average but please check road closures. Our ceremony begins at 3:15 p.m. and we don't want you to miss it!

Question

Will there be a photographer at the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We kindly request that all guests put their phones away during the ceremony so that Vera (our photographer) can capture the best photos possible, which we will be sure to share with you

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes, we will have small bites at Treehouse Point immediately following the ceremony before we head to our celebratory dinner.

Question

Will Bailey & Pepper be at the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we are planning to include Bailey in the ceremony. Pepper is still being trained and will be staying at home for the event.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence is a present to us. Not trying to sound cliché, but it's true! We understand our guests are traveling to Seattle from all over the world, and we ask you to please not get us anything. If you truly want to honor us with a gift, we would love a card from you that we can keep to remember our special event. Thank you!
