It is the resort policy that guests of the wedding must use the promo code and official resort website (no third party booking sites) when booking reservation. This is how the resort is able to keep track of all our guests for the specific wedding events. You may either book online through their official website and enter the promo code or call the resort to book. Booking is for refundable rooms only (no flight/suite package etc), full refund up to 24hr prior to check in. If you are unable to use the promo-code please let one of us know, we have a certain number of allotted rooms and can add additional rooms if needed. If you have already booked a room and did not use the promo-code when booking please let Kevin or I know. Although you cannot go wrong anywhere in this resort, we recommend booking a room in the Excellence Club, as it’s where we have stayed in the past. It is adults only, has private section of the beach, private excellence pools with pool bar, and a restaurant - all with upgraded alcohol/wine/food selections. Excellence club is made up of a separate corner of the resort right next to the beach. LAST DAY TO BOOK IS JULY 1st. If you are unsure if you are able to make it, we strongly advice booking a room at the very least to secure a room, especially if you find you are able to attend after the July 1st deadline. They do not charge until 30 days prior to arrival & free cancellation for full refund up to 24hr prior to check in. ** due to excellence area filling up, I have tentatively booked several rooms in anticipation of more bookings with our group (have 9 booked) — Basically making our own “block”. Let me (syd) know when booking if rooms are no longer available.**

Resort provided transportation to and from airport
Free roundtrip airport transfer is included with your reservation (3+ night stays). Transportation is through “Seasons Tours” to book or by following the link in your confirmation email. You can also email them at transfers@seasonstours.com. Be sure to include your arrival date, number of passengers, passenger’s name (hotel reservation holder), hotel confirmation number, hotel name, airline company, arrival flight number, arrival flight schedule, departure date, departure flight number, and departure flight schedule. ***Seasons staff should be wearing lime green/dark green t-shirts and khaki bottoms. Avoid anyone that tries to offer you alternate transport. ***

USA Transfers (Shuttle / transfer from airport to resort)
For stays less than 3 nights: USA Transfers is an amazing option for transfer from airport to the resort. Have used them numerous times whether to this resort or down to playa del Carmen etc. They are a private transfer company that will be just you and your travel companion as opposed to a larger group vehicle/shuttle with several stops for other guests at various resorts. Normally it is about a 30-40min ride to resort from airport. They are easy to book, professional (can find them normally to the right once you leave the airport main doors among the hourds of travel companies & taxi stands), very clean and sanitize in between every transfer, they will pick up from hotel for return in right amount of time for you to make return flight.. and they have an app! So you can follow along on your phone (like uber/lyft etc) when waiting for your ride.
