When should I RSVP by?

As much as we love little ones, we kindly ask to keep this adults only.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Absolutely! When booking your room for 2 people under our promocode/group code it will automatically add your guest to the total head count. However if you chose to bring a guest and we aren’t already aware just let us know so we can adjust accordingly.

Ceremony is Sept in Mexico… what to do in event of tropical storm/unable to travel/hurricane etc?

Answer

Obviously we don’t want to jinx anything but in the event of a storm brewing the resort will provide full refund up to 24 hours before checkin (or any other reason, they allow full refund cancelations 24hrs prior in all cases). When booking flights, it may be reasonable to book with refundable ticket option. If the weather is not on our side, we will alter our Yorktown reception in November to include the ceremony as well.

What dates should guest book to arrive / leave the resort?

Answer

We will be arriving on Friday and leaving the end of the week/following weekend (exact dates TBD). Recommend arriving Saturday or Sunday and stay for as long as you like! We look forward to enjoying a tropical vacation away with all of our family & friends together.
