What time should we arrive?

Heads up—traffic in Huntersville can be brutal!!! We strongly recommend giving yourself extra time and arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony.

If you’re coming from the Greensboro area, taking Highway 73 into Huntersville is usually much smoother than interstate 77 (I-77). Check your GPS before you leave in case of unexpected delays, and plan accordingly. Trust us—arriving a little early will make your experience stress-free and let you enjoy the celebration from the very start!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors under a covered pavilion, so you’ll get the fresh-air feel with shade and protection. The reception will follow indoors, where we’ll celebrate and dance the night away.

What should I wear?

Answer

We’re asking our guests to dress up and celebrate with us in cocktail attire. Ladies—cocktail dresses or jumpsuits are perfect, and spring colors or florals are welcome if you want to lean into the season. Gentlemen—dress shirts and dress pants; suits are great, with ties and sport coats optional.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Guests will be responsible for their own transportation. Rideshares like Uber or Lyft are a great option, and you’re welcome to leave your car at the venue overnight—but please make sure to pick it up by 11 AM the next day. We just want everyone to have fun and celebrate safely.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and appreciate you making arrangements to join us.
