All RSVP's are due by July 1, 2025, however we'd love for you to respond ASAP! Head to the RSVP section of our website to easily check that off your list.
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, we'll follow up with you. If we still don't hear back, we'll assume you won't be able to make it. We'll miss celebrating with you, however we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors and to the venue in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept RSVPs too much later than our deadline.
Friday night will be an elongated happy hour. There will be mingling and reuniting. We'll also have small bites for purchase in case you didn't eat beforehand.
For Friday night, wear what you would wear to a happy hour! For the wedding, opt for outdoor-friendly outfits that feel good to move and celebrate in. No need to go too fancy!
Let us know where you are staying so we can help with transportation options. If you're local or plan on driving, there will be parking available at both the welcome party venue and the wedding venue. Ubers/lyfts are are not as common in Carbondale.
We are asking guests to arrive to the venue at 4 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm.
Yes! We love all your little ones and we want all of the parents to be able to come and enjoy themselves.
Everyone should have that option on their invite. Please let us know on your RSVP who that is so we can put their name on the seating chart.
We love our fury friends, but unfortunately, the venue is asking that we leave pets at home. They are allowing us to bring our dogs for a few hours for some photos, but we'll be dropping them off shortly after that.
We're so thankful you're making the trip to celebrate with us. We've got room blocks at a couple hotels. You're also welcome to camp on the property throughout the weekend. An Airbnb is also a great option; especially if you're looking to stay with family and friends. Check out the 'Travel' tab on the website for more information on how to book lodging.
Friday night's welcome event will be outdoors. There is plenty of room for people to mingle and hang. For the wedding on Saturday, weather permitting, the plan is to have the ceremony outdoors, the cocktail hour outdoors and the reception outdoors. We do have an indoor space that we can move into if some weather rolls in.
Yes! We're doing a family style dinner option so you will have the opportunity to try a number of different dishes. We will do our best to accommodate all types of dietary restrictions and preferences.
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you!
Great question! We've got a page dedicated to that called 'Things to do'. Head over to that tab for some recommendations.
