What's the food and beverage situation?

Answer

Catering will be provided by PF Chang's. There will be vegetarian, GF, and vegan options. Boba aka bubble tea will be available along with non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please come dressed in cocktail wear. Our main colors are teal and black; however complimentary colors are welcome (e.g., blush, terracotta, burnt orange, rust, burgundy, muted yellows, muted greens, gold). Fall colors are welcome. Please, no white dresses or suits.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes, The Atreeum at Soaring Timbers is wheelchair accessible and has a small elevator to reach the balcony section where a photo-booth will be set up.

What's the parking situation?

Answer

The Atreeum at Soaring Timbers has a great sized parking lot that should have ample spaces. The spaces are also a short distance from the entry.
