We are so excited to celebrate with everyone in Las Vegas and want to help make travel planning as easy as possible. We will be arriving in Las Vegas on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, and departing on Monday , September 28, 2026. 💍 Wedding Party Travel We kindly ask that the wedding party plan to arrive by Thursday, September 24, 2026. Wedding party members are welcome to depart any time after the wedding, based on what works best for you. 🏠 Where We’re Staying We will be staying in an Airbnb during our time in Las Vegas. We will be booking a suite for the groomsmen to get ready in on the wedding day. 🏖️ Family Meet & Greet Pool Party On Friday, September 25, 2026, we’ll be hosting a family meet-and-greet pool party so both sides of the family can relax, swim, and kick off the weekend together. We’re hoping that all family members planning to attend will arrive by Friday so no one misses out on the fun. Additional details will be shared closer to the date. ✈️ Flights Guests who plan on flying, should plan to fly into Harry Reid International Airport (LAS).
