Ceremony

Semi-Formal
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm and will take place outside in the grassy area in front of the Reception Hall. Please be mindful of the weather, prepare for cooler temperatures and to bring a coat or jacket if needed. We will be having a Cash Bar available in the Reception Hall, so please bring cash or card if you'd like to participate!
Cocktail Hour & Photos
4:30 pm - 5:15 pm
Helotes, TX 78023
Cocktail Hour will follow the Ceremony and begin promptly at 4:30pm. Family and the wedding party will be asked to remain behind at the Ceremony site for photos with the Bride & Groom. Ceremony guests can make their way up to the Reception Hall to enjoy the Cash Bar! Please bring cash or card if you'd like to participate.
Dinner
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Helotes, TX 78023
Dinner will follow Cocktail Hour and will begin promptly at 5:30pm. There will be a seating chart displayed for Ceremony guests that will show you which table you will be seated at for the hour of dinner.
Reception
7:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Reception guests, upon arrival please confirm which table you will be seated at by checking the seating chart that will be displayed. Please be advised that only cake and coffee will be served during the Reception. The Cash Bar will be available and will also offer sodas and water for purchase. Please bring cash or card if you'd like to participate.
