What should I wear?

Answer

We're requesting guests attend in summer cocktail attire. For ladies, this will be cocktail dresses, sundresses/tea dresses, dressy jumpsuits, etc. For the guys, expect to wear a button down and tie with slacks and dress shoes, jacket optional. The church does not have central air and it'll be midwest summer, so please consider your comfort.

Where will the reception be held?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at New Life Community Church. We're so happy to call this church our home, and are grateful to be able to host our entire wedding celebration here.

Where should I park?

Answer

While we're exploring all available options, the most reliable will be street parking in the vicinity of the church. There should be sufficient parking for our guests within a 10 minute walk from the church building.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive about twenty to thirty minutes early to provide enough time to find parking and make your way to your seat before the ceremony begins.

Are children welcome to attend?

Answer

Our community doesn't have an age limit; we'd be honored to have friends and family of all ages in attendance at our wedding. If you have kids, we intend for your invitation to extend to them as well - please RSVP for every member of your family.

Can I bring a date?

We have tried to anticipate 'plus ones' with RSVPs. If your invitation did not indicate a plus one when submitting your RSVP, but you believe this may be in error, feel free to reach out to Ryan.

Will there be alcohol provided at the reception?

Answer

In order to create an environment that is hospitable to friends and family of all ages and backgrounds, we are hosting a reception without alcohol. If you have any food allergies, please indicate so in your RSVP.
