Question
How does the payment work?
Answer
Once you have paid your $200 deposit. You can choose to pay in increments whenever you would like. If you want to pay in increments please let Ramona know. The full payment will be due approx. 60 days prior to departure. Discuss with Ramona if you have any issues with completing your payment.
Question
How are we getting to the venue?
Answer
Everyone will need to be in the lobby at (TBD) please arrive 20 minutes before to make sure you do not miss your ride. We have arranged pick up and drop off to and from the venue. There will be a few vans that will pick you up and escort you back to the resort after the event.
Question
How are we getting to the resort once landed in Mexico?
Answer
There will be a coach bus that will escort the group to the resort, please try and stay as a group once you leave the plane. There will be lots of people at the Cancun airport trying to sell you a ride, it is important that you do not engage as we have this all pre planned for everybody.
Question
Are we able to upgrade or change our room?
Answer
YES!! If you would like a room upgrade or room change please reach out to travel agent Ramona to discuss your options! You can access the resort link in the (travel) section of the website to look at your options.

What do we do if we are not staying the full week?
Answer
Please discuss this with our travel advisor ramona@centreholidays.com We will arrange your flights separately & your room accommodation for however days you decide to stay.

What if I am flying out of another airport?
Answer
If you are travelling from another airport that is NOT Toronto Pearson (YYZ). Please contact travel agent Ramona to discuss a separate travel plan. OR you can contact Daniel or Emily for assistance. If you wish to book completely separate without Ramona, you can also do so.

How do we book reservations for restaurants?
Answer
It is suggested that you PRE BOOK your dinner reservations as spots can book up fast & you may not get to eat at a restaurant just walking in. Please keep this in mind if this is on your agenda. You can book to reserve at the front desk upon your stay OR you can download the Iberostar Paraiso beach app to book your reservations, though please keep in mind restaurants can book up fast.

Are children allowed at the wedding?
Answer
Children will be allowed at the resort, as it is family friendly, but not at the wedding venue. If you wish to invite a care giver to the resort for the remainder of your stay, please let us & the travel agent know so we can plan accordingly. Deposits will need to be submitted for care givers as well to secure spots.

What do we do with the wristbands the day of the wedding?
Answer
We would suggest to take wristbands off the day of the wedding so that we are not capturing wristbands at the wedding lol!! Please make sure to keep them with you in your pocket or purse so you do not lose them!!
