In the mountains of Western Maryland, Morganne believed she was just doing another show. Conrad thought he was just seeing another show that his best friend, Seth, was performing in. Little did everyone know it was the start of Conrad and Morganne's forever. In 2021, Cumberland Theatre was producing a version of "CLUE: On Stage." Morganne was cast as the grumpy, knife wielding Cook as well as the Singing Telegram Girl. On the night of October 23rd, Conrad had been invited to see the show by his childhood friend and cast member, Seth. Morganne's friend in the cast had hinted about the set up and told her about this guy named "Conrad." Some extra nerves from the introductory parties came into play when it was revealed Morganne's parents, Sharon and Gordon, would be attending the show that evening. After the performance, the our couple was introduced at a Cast Party. Conrad thought he blew it when he spoke to Morganne, but over a game of Taboo and talking over everyone else's turns they found an instant connection. Their official first date was two weeks later at the Smithsonian Museum of American History. From there it has been game nights, events with friends, laughs, and the rest was history.

The trip that was always talked about, but did not happen until January of 2025! Galaxy's Edge (aka Star Wars Land) was a bucket list trip for Morganne and Conrad ever since Morganne was a part of a Disney Wedding in 2022. Our couple finally decided to just go for the trip after opening an envelope from a set of "365 Dates," which read, "Go to a Theme Park!" While it was a snowy and icy flight down to FL, Conrad and Morganne were welcomed to 50 F weather for their Floridian winter adventure! With the help of local friends, the trip was everything hoped for, AND MORE! Conrad's initial plan was to propose during dinner at Be Our Guest. The couple had a reservation for two at the Beast's Castle for a 3 Course Meal. Everything changed when the group found their way in front of Cinderella's Castle for the afternoon parade. The sun finally came out and was glowing beautifully off of the castle! There was even a clear space for the perfect surprise! Conrad seized the moment, handed his phone to one of the friends with no explanation, and got down on one knee. Morganne of course said YES and the couple was met with cheers and applause from all in front of the castle. Conrad and Morganne then went to their dinner reservation and even got complimentary champagne from The Beast himself!
