The Night Before
Answer
On Friday June 13th, 2025 we planned to have light refreshments and appetizers for out of town guests/guest staying at the hotel. Everyone is welcome to stop by the Courtyard Marriott in Oakland from 7:30-9:30PM to hang out with the soon to be Mr. and Mrs. This is a casual event to spend more time with our favorite people!

Can I tour Phipps Conservatory before the wedding?
Answer
YES! When you arrive at Phipps to buy your tickets tell them you are a part of the O'Leary/Ramer wedding for a discount. We highly recommend touring Phipps before if you have never been. No guest will be permitted inside the building once the wedding begins.

Will there be a shuttle
Answer
A shuttle service will be provided for anyone staying at the Courtyard Marriott. It will run from 4-5PM, and again at night from 9-12PM. Leave your keys at home and catch a ride!

What is the Dress Code?
Answer
This event is formal attire. We suggest guest wear suits and cocktail dresses. Please keep in mind this event is in an outdoor garden

*Guest may arrive at 5PM in the outdoor garden *Ceremony starts promptly at 5:30PM *Cocktail hour immediately following at 6PM *Reception begins at 7PM

What is the location of Phipps Conservatory?
Answer
Phipps conservatory and botanical garden is located in Oakland which is a bustling neighborhood on the eastern side of Pittsburgh. This gives the venue a unique setting of a green oasis in a vibrant and cultural neighborhood. Highly suggest avoiding Oakmont area as the US Open will be in town the same weekend.
