RIC is about 15-20 mins from downtown Richmond. Super easy to get Ubers from.
Train
Main Street Station
We use Amtrak most times when going to and from DC. Super easy way to avoid dreaded Fredericksburg traffic. The Main Street station is a few blocks from both hotels. The train does stop at Staples Mill before downtown.
