Answer
While we love your children this will be an adult only event. We would like to give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears. Thank you so much for understanding and respecting our wishes!

When should I book my stay?
Answer
As soon as possible! University of Richmond and Virginia Commonwealth University are having their graduations, so places will book up.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We have 2 wedding blocks under our travel tab, the hotels and just a few blocks from each other and about a 10 min drive from our wedding. Carytown, the Fan, and Museum district are other great areas!

Will the wedding be outside?
Answer
Yes! The Ceremony will be outside. Dinner will take place inside, and the remaining reception will be inside and outside.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Black tie optional. What this means is men should wear a tux or black suit and women should wear full length gowns.

Once I get to Willow Oaks, where do I go?
Answer
When you first arrive to Willow Oaks you will see the golf pro shop as the first building and then the second building will be the Club House. Go all the way to the right side of the Club House, where the roundabout drop off is, this is the main entrance to the Club House. There will then be signage to show the way to the ceremony.
