What is the Shuttle schedule?

Answer

We are providing a shuttle for Hotel guests. The shuttle will depart the Comfort Suites at 3:30 p.m. It will make one trip to the venue and one return trip when our wedding ends at 10 p.m.

What should I do to prepare for the altitude in Colorado?

Answer

Denver is known as the "Mile High" city- the elevation ranges from 5,130 to 5,690 feet. Evergreen is even higher, at 7220 feet in elevation. We hope you have a fun trip to Colorado, and we also want you to be safe! Due to the altitude in Colorado, it is best to arrive a couple days early if possible, drink plenty of water, and be mindful of the effects of altitude while drinking. Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at Comfort Suites (29300 US 40, Evergreen, CO 80439), be sure to mention the Supinski/Rudolph block for a discounted stay Friday the 17th and Saturday the 18th. You could also look at the AirBnB options in Evergreen, CO. There are local cabin rentals as well.

Is my whole family invited?

Answer

In order to allow all guests, including parents, to have an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding to be an adults only occasion. We hope you are still able to share in our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!
