Welcome Event

Dressy Casual: Wear fun dresses, skirts, blouses, dark jeans, slacks, casual button-downs, open-collar and polo shirts

Given that all of us are visitors to Ashville, we felt it appropriate to create a meeting space on Friday night for everyone to get acquainted! This casual event will feature heavy Hors d'oeuvres, drinks on tap from one of the many local craft breweries, music, and great company!

Wedding

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Fall Cocktail/Semi-Formal Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, semi-formal floor-length dresses, suits, and dark jackets and slacks.

We are planning an outdoor sunset wedding with a mountain view. The cocktail hour will be held adjacent to the ceremony space on a stone terrace with a contained bonfire. For the reception, we will move into the stone pavilion that features 360° windows, two full service bars, live music, a dance floor, and yard games. Bring your appetite so that you can take full advantage of the three dinner and carving stations. There are two venues on site, so please note that our wedding is at the Crest Pavillion which is the round, stone building. Bear in mind that there will be an outdoor ceremony and the reception space is indoor/outdoor, so a jacket, shawl, or cardigan may be necessary after sunset.

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses to jeans and tees.

For the early birds, all are invited to bid each other adieu at the Sunday morning brunch. The night owls may still be sound asleep from a long night of celebrating. Expect a light Continental breakfast featuring pastries, scrambled eggs, coffee, and more hosted by the mother of the groom!
