Please arrive 20-30 mins prior to 3pm and meet Shawn at the entrance of the Gardens. He will lead everyone to the location we have picked within the Gardens. Please follow guidance from Nichole (Maid of Honor) and Dylan (Best Man) on where to stand. We will not have seats, you will remain standing for the ceremony. The Bride and her father will begin walking in at 3pm, the ceremony should take 15-20 mins and pictures will follow.
Reception
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Same attire from ceremony.
The reception is taking place in the Mother of the Bride's backyard. Please carpool if you can. Parking: When driving up Crosscreek Ln, upon coming to the T intersection of Crosscreek and Cedar Falls Way, you will notice a dirt road just in front of you a little to the left. Please pull up that dirt road and park along the fence with front/back against/facing the fence. Please do not block the 2 door gate on that side of the fence, that is the entrance for everybody. Should space run out along the fence, feel free to make a second row on that dirt road leaving enough space for vehicles to maneuver between the rows. Food: We will be serving good ole NC BBQ (caterer TBD). Please let me know if there are any specific allergies or dietary restrictions we need to be mindful of. Drinks: We will have a cooler with some sodas, we will have some random selections of some beers/wine coolers. But we do ask that if you have specific beverages you prefer, please BYOB.
