Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st, 2025!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For our dress code we want you to play dress up. Take that to mean whatever your heart desires. This will be close to Halloween, so you want to wear a costume? Do it! Want to wear that stunning dress you never have an excuse to put on? This is your excuse! Hate wearing fancy clothing? Just find something that makes you feel special. No colors are off limit, though dark colors and spooky vibes are encouraged. Houston weather is unpredictable in October, so layers are generally a pretty good bet!

Question

What about drinks and food?

Answer

There will be an open bar for the first part of the evening consisting of beer, wine, and two signature cocktails but when that runs out or if you want something else a cash bar will be available! We will also have lemonade, coffee, and water available through the evening to quench your thirst. Dinner will be provided by the Taco Truck on site, so there will be tacos available to order at the truck and sides will be available buffet style! There will also be snacks available during the cocktail hour and sweets available through the night!

Question

Is there parking for the venue?

Answer

There will be optional valet parking for those who want to use it! However, please note that it will be $20 to use it. There is street parking available near the ceremony, but as it is the Montrose parking spots can be few and far between, so give yourself time to park and wear shoes you are okay walking in.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are trying to keep the guest list small due to the venue. However, if you have someone who is not listed on your invite that you would be sad to not have with you, let us know and we can figure something out!

Question

Accessability

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (as long as it is not raining), and as you know Houston can still be hot in late October, so if you have heat sensitivity take that into account when you are getting ready. There is an accessible first floor of the venue, but the dance floor is on the second floor and due to the historic nature of the building there is unfortunately no elevator. While we look forward to dancing the night away with all of you, we are planning on still having the party going downstairs as well, as the bride at least will need to take breaks away from the music, so there will be fun downstairs away from the noise! There will be meat free, dairy free, and gluten free options due to the nature of the dinner, but if you need further food accommodations let us know. Let us know if there are any other accommodations we can provide for you to make the night as fun as possible!
