7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
A little dressier than the rest of the trip - perhaps sundresses for ladies and button downs for the men.
Join Morgan and Rusty for an informal welcome reception! We'll cover a beer tab and provide a loaded nacho bar, including chicken, steak, and vegetarian options for guests.
8:00 am - 2:00 pm
Athletic clothes and tennis shoes are adequate for this hike. Be sure to pack plenty of water and snacks.
Rusty and I hiked Bear Trail during our second trip to Denver! The beginning of the hike is relatively flat, with gorgeous views of the foothills. The last mile of the hike is a steep incline to reveal beautiful views at the summit. This hike will serve as a perfect warm-up hike for our 14-er on Sunday! Comprehensive trail info can be found here: https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/colorado/bear-peak-trail Plan to meet at the trailhead at 8:45am. The trail is located roughly 45 minutes from Denver, so prepare to leave by 7:45/8am.
6:00 pm
Casual attire is perfect for a night of brewery hopping.
Join Morgan and Rusty at a few of their favorite breweries in Denver's RiNo district. We'll start at the first brewery at 6pm and hop around for the rest of the night. Food will be available at breweries along the way (hello delicious food trucks) or at small local restaurants in the RiNo district. Feel free to come and go as you please. The anticipated order of the brewery tour is: Great Divide Brewing -- start at 6pm 10 Barrel Brewing Epic Brewing Company 14er Brewing and Beer Garden

Rusty and Morgan tackled their first 14er, Mount Bierstadt, on their first trip to Colorado! Mount Bierstadt is one of the easiest peaks to summit out of Colorado's 58 peaks over 14,000 feet. We'll plan to take this hike fairly slow, as the base of the trail is at 11,000 feet. Expect to be awed with gorgeous views! Note: This is not a 14 mile hike. Instead, it is called a 14er because of the elevation. Comprehensive trail info can be found here: https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/colorado/mount-bierstadt-trail Plan to meet at the trailhead by 8:45am. The trail is located roughly an hour to an hour and 15 mins outside of Denver, so plan to leave by 7:30/7:45am.
