Shuttle
July 18, 2026 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between Hyatt House and the venue. Shuttles will depart from Hyatt House promptly at 4:00 PM for the ceremony. For guests wishing to leave the reception early, a return shuttle to Hyatt House will depart at 9:00 PM. At the conclusion of the evening, shuttles will depart the venue at 11:00 PM and return guests to Hyatt House.
Hotel
Our Hyatt House room block is now closed through the website. If you would like to get a room in our block, please call Chrissy White at (804) 360-7021 x102. Shuttles will be available between Hyatt House and Dover Hall before and after the wedding.
Flight
We highly suggest using this airport for those of you who will be flying into Virginia. RIC is around just a 30 minute drive to our recommended hotel. This is a small airport, making your arrival and departure short and smooth.
Flight
While we HIGHLY recommend flying into Richmond International, there are two major airports in the D.C. area- Ronald Reagan Washington Airport (DCA) and Dulles International Airport (IAD). Both airports are located around two and a half hours away from the recommended hotel.
