All wedding events will take place at Sugarbush Resort's Lincoln Peak location. The address is 102 Forest Dr, Warren, VT 05674.
Please plan to arrive at Lincoln Peak by 3:15 PM on Saturday, October 3rd to allow time for parking and boarding the chairlift.
Please use the free parking available in front of the Clay Brook Hotel & Residences. Overnight parking is only permitted for guests staying at the resort.
The ceremony will take place at the top of the Gate House Chairlift and is only accessible via chairlift. Guests may begin boarding at 3:15 PM, and the final chair will depart promptly at 3:45 PM.
Unfortunately, guests arriving after 3:45 PM will not be able to attend the ceremony. Lift operations will pause during the ceremony, and late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
Cocktail attire is requested. We encourage guests to wear fall-inspired colors to complement the season and setting. (For reference, the bridesmaids will be wearing various shades of rust and terracotta, and the groomsmen will be wearing blue suits.)
The ceremony will take place on grass, so please keep this in mind when selecting your footwear.
The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors. A final weather decision will be made at 12:00 PM on October 3rd.
October in Vermont typically brings crisp autumn weather, with average daytime highs around 65°F and overnight lows around 46°F.
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to the Courtyard Room inside the Gate House Lodge, and cocktail hour will take place at Castlerock Pub. A final decision will be made by 12:00 PM on October 3rd.
Yes! We recommend bringing an extra layer, as temperatures and weather conditions at the top of the chairlift can be cooler and more variable than at the base.

Only guests whose invitations specifically include a plus one are invited to bring an additional guest.

Yes! Join us after the reception from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM at Castlerock Pub as we keep the celebration going.
In lieu of a traditional registry, we have created a House & Honeymoon Fund. We're looking forward to celebrating our honeymoon in Australia after the wedding and continuing our search for our future home in 2027.
