If you’re in town the night before, we’d love for you to join us to kick off the festivities in the courtyard, right in front of the Gate House Lodge! There will be snacks, a cash bar, music, and lawn games.
There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails. Can't wait to see you!

Chairlift Ride
3:15 pm - 3:45 pm

The ceremony at the Mountaintop Meadow is accessible only by chairlift.
Guests may begin loading the Gate House Chairlift at 3:15 PM to head up to the ceremony site. Last chair will depart at 3:45 PM.
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

The ceremony will take place mid-mountain, at the top of the Gate House Chairlift.
We encourage guests to arrive early to enjoy the music and stunning peak foliage views.
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Cocktail Hour will be held outside on the Gate House Patio.
Enjoy some light bites, sip on local craft beers and signature cocktails, and take in the beautiful surroundings. Get the celebration started and catch up with friends and family before the evening’s events!
Reception

After the ceremony and cocktail hour, join us for a fun evening of dinner, drinks, and dancing!
Dinner will feature a BBQ style buffet with a variety of options for everyone to enjoy. The reception will begin with an open bar before transitioning to a cash bar later in the evening. We’ll have a DJ to keep the party going, so come ready to eat, drink, and dance!
