FAQs

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes, they are! We’d love to share our special day with the little ones too. While TRS Coral is adults-only, it’s connected to a family-friendly sister resort, Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres, where kids are welcome. Unfortunately, children cannot stay at or access TRS resort at any time, other than attending the wedding ceremony and events.

Question

How do I book my stay?

Answer

You can book your stay directly through the link on our Accommodations page. Don’t forget to use the discount code “BecomingMrsRicks” at checkout to receive 15% off your reservation!

Question

Do I have to book through the room block ?

Answer

Yes, to be included in the group and avoid additional fees, guests should book through the room block.

Question

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the nearest airport. When you arrive a shuttle will be provided to transport you to the resort.

Question

Can we still contribute if we can’t attend?

Answer

Absolutely! Your love and support mean the world to us, whether you’re celebrating with us in person or from afar. If you’re unable to attend but would still like to be part of our big day, contributing through our Registry page is a beautiful way to celebrate with us. We’ve set up a wedding fund that will help us begin this next chapter together, and we’re so grateful for any gesture of love.

Question

What is the difference between TRS Coral and Grand Palladium?
